Lynn and his wife Rosanne are both graduates of BS Electrical Engineering degrees from Montana State University. Following high school and college Rosanne worked for five years in engineering before she became a "Home Engineer" where she engineers the future of their five children, instructing by way of home schooling. Following high school graduation and a short attempt at college, Lynn entered the US Navy and was trained in the operation and safety of a nuclear propulsion system on board a fast attack submarine. After completing six years of service, which included qualifications in nuclear propulsion, Submarine Service, and Navy scuba diver, he returned to the university and completed his formal education.
Rosanne was raised in a Christian home but her own life was not focused on the Lord until after meeting and marring Lynn while at college. Lynn was not raised to seek God's will and there were no close relatives to guide him spiritually. Lynn was always interested in science, getting some of that desire from his mother who taught math and science in high school. He was fortunate to receive his biology credits, though evolutionary in perspective, from his teaching mother. It was not until after he started work at NASA that he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior while attending a Bible believing church. In February 1986 Lynn took a hard faith-filled look at the first chapters of Genesis. It was obvious that it was different from all that he had been taught. Through the assistance of a few friends, a serious study of some creation books and videos, and an in-depth study of the giraffe, God removed the scales of godless evolution from Lynn's eyes and he became a believer in the whole HOLY BIBLE. Lynn's life testimony was dramatized on an "Unshackled" radio program in September 1992 (program # 2177).
Lynn and Rosanne strive to place creation information into the hands of those
they come in contact with through books, videos and Stiffneck presentations.
Lynn's study of the giraffe was first published in Creation
Magazine in Sept. 1996. It was next published in tract form and also was
made available on the web at www.stiffneck.org and at www.creationism.org .
Jeremiah 17:23 declares that God's image bearing people do not
willingly listen or obey God their Creator and will make their necks stiff toward
God's instructions. It is our prayer at Stiffneck Ministry that each person reading this be not numbered
among the "stiff necked" of the world.
Revelations 4:11 "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created."
